Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a medical/healthcare machine manufacturing company in Cypress, CA. The client is looking to hire a West Coast Sales Rep who will handle CA, WA, and OR. This role is focused on growing the territory and maintaining current clients. The base salary is between $80,000 and $100,000 and offers a commission plan. This role will be onsite in Cypress when not traveling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent all products and services for different industries including: pharmaceutical, confectionery, nutritional, veterinary, and industrial.
• Research, capture and generate new business for tablet compression tooling and compression machines, press parts, and source training opportunities.
• Maintain and support existing sales for compression tooling and rotary compression machines.
• Assist with technical support.
• Regularly update senior management with sales data and market reports

• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
• Willing to travel up to 50%
• Lead project collaboration efforts with colleagues
• Partner with an organization that is fast-paced and growth oriented
• Be flexible and adaptable in a highly competitive and evolving industry
