Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences? We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in St. Peters, MO. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in crafting intuitive and visually captivating websites, web applications, and more.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate closely with our creative and cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
Develop visually appealing and user-friendly front-end interfaces using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies.
Create custom graphics and icons using Adobe Creative Cloud to enhance user experiences.
Ensure all designs comply with accessibility guidelines and uphold high usability standards.
Transform design concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for effective visualization.
Optimize websites for performance, speed, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
Participate in code reviews and provide valuable feedback to improve code quality.
Communicate and present design ideas effectively to stakeholders outside the design team.
What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes with tools like Figma.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including WordPress, CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic design.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a team environment.
A proactive attitude with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
