Job Description

Qualifications: 

All candidates shall meet FL licensing requirements and be fully capable of protecting property against the hazards of fire, theft, damage, accident, or trespass; maintaining law and order; protecting lives, or other duties as required herein of a similar nature.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time with few breaks.
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
• Ability to twist, squat, and bend over without physical limitations.
• Ability to perform patrols including walking long distances and going up and down stairs.
• Ability to protect yourself or others in the event of a physical disturbance.
• Must be comfortable working in conditions that range from Summer heat to Winter conditions
• Open availability without restraints due to other part-time jobs etc.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• If non-US Citizen valid working permit.
• Ability to work Nights 
• Reliable Transportation.
• Able to pass a physical exam/drug screen and a federal background investigation.
• Must have a clean criminal background/record.
• Must be in good health, without mental or physical defects or abnormalities which will interfere with performance of arduous duties, or the exercise of prudent judgment in difficult and trying circumstances.

WORKING HOURS: NIGHT SHIFT 6:30PM - 10:00PM
Licenses or Certifications:

• Driver’s license (Required)
• Reliable working vehicle (Required)
• Class D Security License
