Job Description

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for identifying optimization opportunities, driving conversions, and enhancing the overall user experience on American Residential Services (ARS) digital platforms. This role utilizes data-driven insights to analyze user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and implement design improvements to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. Additionally, the specialist manages content strategy, creation, and optimization to support ARS's digital marketing efforts.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in UX design principles, A/B testing methodologies, and content optimization techniques

  • Effectively uses tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
  • Leverages AI tools and techniques for content creation and management
  • Applies knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies to implement optimizations

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, UX design, and/or content optimization
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and user experience metrics
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design skills and successful optimization projects
  • Proficiency in UI design, visual design, and web design principles
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and A/B testing software (e.g., Optimizely)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content creation tools and techniques
