Their services are focused around supporting employees impacted by workforce changes by providing them with the resources and guidance needed to relaunch their careers. We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Traveling Career Consultant to join their team and play a key role in guiding individuals through their career transition journey.


As a Traveling Career Consultant , you will provide one-on-one coaching and personalized support to individuals navigating the job search process. You'll assist clients with resume development, interview preparation, job search strategies, and more. Your goal will be to help candidates identify their strengths and create a personalized plan for career success, all while traveling to different locations across the country.



Traveling Career Consultant Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess candidates' career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement
• Provide personalized guidance on resume and cover letter writing, interview techniques, and effective job search strategies
• Lead mock interviews and provide actionable feedback to help candidates succeed
• Collaborate with candidates to develop tailored job search plans based on their unique skills and aspirations
• Monitor and track candidates' progress throughout the job search, offering ongoing support and encouragement
• Stay informed on industry trends and job market dynamics to deliver relevant, timely advice to candidates

Traveling Career Consultant Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of corporate or professional experience
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to multiple locations Monday through Friday
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using technology for remote coaching and virtual interviews
