With a team of over 80 professionals, we specialize in providing comprehensive tax, audit, and consulting services to middle-market businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and nonprofit organizations across Oregon and Washington.

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing tax practice in Portland. This role involves managing complex tax engagements, developing staff, and building client relationships while embodying our firm's values of excellence, integrity, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review of complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns across multiple industries
• Supervise and mentor tax staff
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide advisory services
• Contribute to business development initiatives
• Collaborate with partners on complex tax matters and strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's in accounting or equivalent required
• Master of Taxation preferred
• CPA license required
• 5+ years public accounting tax experience
• Experience with partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, trusts and individual tax returns
• Strong communicator with ability to clearly convey complex tax matters to clients and team members
• Experience with CCH ProSystem fx Tax, ProSystem fx Engagement, and Fixed Assets software preferred; proficiency with tax preparation software required
