Position Summary:
The Talent Development Specialist will be the main point of contact for all training content related to American Equipment University (AEU), and training programs within the company. This role will work with SME across the organization to create new training to improve our employee's knowledge and skills in their roles. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating new content, centralizing existing content, and updating training that has already been created.

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role is Hybrid, with 1 day weekly required at the corporate office in Salt Lake City Utah.
