Job Description

Temporary Legal Recruiting Assistant (April - September)

We are seeking a confident and organized individual for a temporary role supporting the Legal Talent Acquisition team. This role will start in April and end in September, with a pay range of $30-$38 per hour (DOE).

This role is hybrid in San Francisco

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in Outlook (especially scheduling), Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must have some recruiting experience- internship okay, ideal 2+ years (experience in legal recruiting is a plus but not required)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with law student and lateral recruiting processes
  • Manage candidate scheduling, interview logistics, and communications
  • Support the Summer Associate Program and coordinate events, evaluations, and travel
  • Maintain candidate and recruiting databases
  • Process expense reports and assist with administrative tasks


Skills Needed:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
