Our Client is Looking for a Site Development Analyst. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Job Summary: The Site Development Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sites from inception to design release. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting site assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of locations for development.
* Analyze data related to site development, including environmental impact, zoning regulations, AHJ development path and available power levels.
* Coordinate with AHJs, utilities and Design Managers to ensure feasibility reports are completed.
* Prepare and deliver detailed reports and recommendations to Design Managers.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in site development or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and other relevant software.
* Knowledge of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and construction processes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in urban planning, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
* Professional certification (e.g., AICP, PE).
* Experience with commercial development projects.
