As a Side Hustle Expert - Dropshipping, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, informative, and persuasive content that drives engagement and learning for our community. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with users to evaluate their needs and provide actionable solutions to grow their business.
• Develop and implement customized plans that align with users' goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with our community to develop educational resources that help users navigate the unique challenges of running a business.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure our users receive the most current and effective advice.
• Manage multiple projects and users simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with users to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate users' progress and adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, with a focus on retail and dropshipping
• A willingness to share know-how through video, livestreaming, and text content
• Comfortable with using social media and other digital tools
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or Magento
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Hubspot
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Omniture
• Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship
