Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (contract position) to join their Talent Acquisition team in New York City.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical positions. You’ll also work in partnership with hiring managers and teams, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
This is a six-month contract position and is hybrid. It has the potentiality for extension or turn into full time. You must be able to come on-site to the client three days a week in NYC. The comp is $70 to $80 an hr.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for an assigned set of technical positions.
Establish and maintain partnerships with hiring managers,
Develop recruitment plans with hiring managers and their respective hiring teams.
Conduct initial candidate reviews (resumes, LI profiles, etc.) and screen candidates based on prequalification criteria. Make recommendations to hiring managers on best way forward.
Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience at every touchpoint
4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter and partner, handling end-to-end technology recruiting
Proven success leveraging direct sourcing techniques (online tools & platforms, networking, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers.
Ability to use talent market insights and data to influence hiring decisions and strategies (LinkedIn Talent Insights, or other sources)
