Senior Staffing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic and complex hiring projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget management
• Stay updated on talent acquisition trends to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with internal teams on employer branding and technology optimization
• Use Workday to analyze performance and enhance Talent Acquisition outcomes

Senior Staffing Consultant Requirements:

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects and stakeholders
• Strong communication and business partnering skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience is a plus
• Ability to provide valuable market intelligence and deliver a top-notch candidate experience
