Job Description

Serve up sweet treats at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess this Holiday season! We are looking for fun energetic multi takers with a passion for creating Christmas Magic one treat at a time. Sound good? Want even more? This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that seamlessly works as one and has a passion for engaging with guests. 

• Seasonal dates of position: November 1st through January 10th
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Fresh Kettle Corn, Donuts, Roasted Nuts 
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous lounge experience preferred
• Arizona Liquor Server Certification
• Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
