The Opportunity:

We're seeking a high-energy, driven Sales Rockstar to handle a constant flow of warm, inbound leads. Forget cold calling – we've got a robust marketing engine that keeps our pipeline full. Your mission? Convert those leads into satisfied customers and drive our continued growth.

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential . We're confident that the right candidate will easily achieve a six-figure income, with the potential to reach $150K+. We also offer comprehensive health insurance and a consistent Monday-Friday work schedule in our modern McDonough, GA location.

What You'll Do:

• Close Deals: Master the art of converting inbound leads into loyal customers, both over the phone and in our showroom.
• Build Relationships: Create lasting connections with clients, understanding their needs and recommending the perfect solutions.
• Drive Sales: Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Tint Genius.
• Represent Excellence: Uphold our reputation for professionalism and exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven closer with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
• Sales management, sales strategy, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data.
• Leadership qualities, even if not managing a team yet.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
