Job Description

Talis Group's client is a mid-sized multi-state law firm that has been highly successful due to their passion for helping injured people. This award-winning firm is hiring a Fully Remote Attorney to handle Pre-Litigation on Indiana cases (Must be licensed in Indiana or UBE score high enough to transfer). This position will handle a full case load and lead client intake, case investigation, client communication, medical record review and negotiation. This position will handle cases across the State and have support staff to assist. The firms offers full benefit package (health, life, vision, dental, 401k, etc.) and uncapped commission structure offering unlimited compensation potential. 

Highlighted Duties: 

• Meet with clients to discuss cases, gather information, and explain legal processes.
• Collect evidence, review accident scenes, and consult with experts.
• Compile and organize all case-related documents and evidence.
• Update clients, correspond with insurance companies and medical providers, and negotiate settlements.
• Draft and send demand letters outlining injuries and compensation sought.
• Research relevant laws and stay updated on personal injury law changes.
• Evaluate offers, advise clients, and negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate with medical providers and monitor clients' treatment progress.
• Assess case value based on various factors for settlement purposes.
• Develop strategies to resolve cases without court and prepare for potential litigation.
• Review and finalize agreements ensuring proper execution and compensation delivery.

Highlighted Requirements :

• A minimum of 2 years of Personal Injury experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Indiana or ability to quickly transfer in
• Demonstrated case management experience 
• Strong passion for helping injured individuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well independently in a remote environment
