Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) - Autonomous Systems Development

Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate the development and deployment of sophisticated autonomous systems that leverage advanced sensors and data feeds. Working at the intersection of agile methodology and defense technology, you'll shape the future of autonomous systems while leading high-performing teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Spearhead the Agile Release Train (ART), implementing SAFe practices and driving program execution • Orchestrate and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events • Lead the strategic alignment of multiple teams toward shared objectives • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the ART • Manage risk mitigation and value delivery optimization • Foster cross-functional collaboration between technical and business stakeholders • Guide agile transformation efforts through metrics-driven decision making • Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Demonstrated success as a Release Train Engineer or equivalent role • Active SECRET security clearance • Superior communication and presentation abilities • Track record of successful stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification • Active TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field • DoD processes and military operations expertise • Multi-vendor integration experience within defense sector • Systems or Software Engineering background
