Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Lead follow-up • Commercial lead generation • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals • Set and execute appointments • Close sales • Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Independent and self motivated • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
