Responsibilities

• Support production staff in daily operations and project coordination
• Assist in set design, equipment setup, and technical support during shoots
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for production teams
• Help in managing inventory and ordering supplies for production needs
• Organize and manage production paperwork and files
• Assist during filming, including coordinating background talent and audience
• Participate in post-production tasks as needed, such as editing and organizing footage
• Assist in video game capture

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for video games and anime is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or degree in film, media, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a production or assistant role is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other production software
• Basic knowledge of video production processes is beneficial
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
