The work, and what you'll do:
We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineers to join our client's PRIME team in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical leadership and execution of complex system development projects. You'll work with sharp engineers that are shaping the future of technology. You'll be the mastermind behind complex systems, crafting innovative solutions, and ensuring they work flawlessly. From dreaming up new ideas to bringing them to life, you'll be at the forefront of technological advancement.
What you'll need:
- BS in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; additional experience may substitute for degree.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in systems engineering.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration.
