We are actively seeking skilled and dedicated RNs to join our vibrant team in New York City, offering essential daily and overnight support to our pediatric clients. We are looking for nurses in Queens, Brooklyn, and The Bronx!

Your Role:

As an RN specializing in pediatric home healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialized care tailored to each child’s needs. You will collaborate closely with families to ensure their medical and emotional needs are met with warmth and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric clients during your shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the child’s physician.
• Monitor and assess the child’s health status, including vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Manage and care for any medical equipment or devices the child may require.
• Educate and empower families in managing their child’s health needs and care routines.
• Accurately document all care activities and observations.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or changes in the child’s condition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid and active RN license in New York.
• Experience in pediatric nursing or a strong passion for pediatric care.
• Familiarity with pediatric medical equipment and treatments.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Reliability and adaptability, with the ability to work flexible hours.
