Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing customer orders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between internal teams and clients. If you have strong data entry skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at multitasking, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and process customer orders into the company’s system with a high level of attention to detail.
• Review and verify order information for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and delivery details.
• Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor and track order status, providing updates to customers as needed.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of orders, invoices, and shipping details.
• Identify and address any order-related issues, escalating to management as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and data confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or a related administrative role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
