✅ Communicating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

✅ Organizing and ordering office supplies

✅ Handling correspondence and document management

✅ Assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks

Requirements:

🔹 Prior experience in construction administration 5 years

🔹 Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

🔹 Excellent writing and communication skills

🔹 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

🔹 Criminal background check required

🔹 In-person interview required
