Spy Ninjas HQ is looking for a Front Desk/Inventory Specialist to add to our team!!

Front Desk/Inventory Specialist: $16.00/Hourly

Must have proven work history in inventory and/or retail to be eligible for an interview for the front desk/inventory specialist position

The role:

The Front Desk/Inventory Specialist plays a key role in providing unforgettable experiences at Spy Ninjas HQ. The front desk lead/inventory specialist will be directly responsible for creation of an inventory system, training other team members regarding the inventory process, and cross train to assist in all aspects of the front desk positions.

  • Directly responsible for creation of a inventory process for the front desk/retail redemption area.
  • Key point of contact for all inventory at Spy Ninjas HQ and train other team members on inventory control processes to ensure accountability and organization.
  • Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of Spy Ninjas HQ.
  • Assist with staff duty delegation and training.
  • Conducts sales and recommends attractions and products based on guests needs.
  • Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times.
  • Responsible for checking in guests, providing them all the needed information to have a fantastic experience at Spy Ninjas HQ.
  • Assist in training agents.
  • Resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis and practice proper cost controls by accurately scanning merchandise.
  • Perform opening, mid-day, and/or closing duties pertaining to the party department.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and willing to stay beyond when business or circumstances dictate.
  • Set a high standard and good example for front desk/party staff and other team members regarding punctuality, attendance, attitude, cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Acts as a first responder to emergencies and responds appropriately.
  • Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.
  • Other duties as needed.

Our perfect candidate has:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • For lead position, must have at least one year retail and/or inventory experience.
  • For agent position, must have at least one year experience in a similar environment.
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Energetic personality, people-oriented, and a team player
  • Exhibit great leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Ability to speak and lead in front of groups
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skills
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills
  • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
  • Have prior similar experience; amusement or hospitality experience a plus
  • CPR and first aid certified, or willing to become certified
  • Complete and pass a background check
  • Must currently have a Sheriff's card from Las Vegas Metro Police or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
  • Must currently have a TAM card or be willing to obtain one upon hire.

Compensation details: 14-16 Hourly Wage
