Job Position: Manufacturing Associate

Shift: 09 : 00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Associate will perform a variety of tasks within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, primarily assisting with the filling and packaging of reagents. This position requires a strong team-oriented attitude, excellent attendance, and adaptability to change. Attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards are critical in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the filling and packaging of reagents in a fast-paced environment.
Follow company, site, and department procedures to ensure quality production.
Read and follow process documentation in English.
Accurately record information within documentation while ensuring strict adherence to FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
Perform daily housekeeping duties within the production areas and with equipment.
Maintain up-to-date training records and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Learn and build skills from simple to more complex processes over time.
Adhere to safety standards and standard work instructions, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Identify and implement process improvement projects using Lean techniques.
Immediately report any safety, quality, or production issues to the appropriate personnel.
Stop the production line and notify the relevant individual for any safety, quality, or production concerns.
Support and maintain 5S activities within manufacturing areas.
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Work overtime as required to meet production demands.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to adapt to changes in processes and work environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
