Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Record Reviewer to join our team. This remote position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to contribute to the efficient processing of healthcare claims. In this role, you will review a high volume of medical records to identify pre-existing conditions or diagnoses. Success in this position depends on meeting production goals, and you'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule. Candidates must be licensed nurses (LPN or RN), with a preference for those with a bachelor's degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly review medical records to identify pre-existing conditions or diagnoses.
Ensure timely and accurate assessment of records to support the healthcare claims process.
Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of reviewed records.
Manage a high volume of medical records efficiently, meeting a production goal of at least 4 files per hour.
Use company systems and software to manage records and generate reports.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications:

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required. Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in medical record review or a similar role is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.
Capability to meet production goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
Must have personal equipment: a reliable PC/laptop, internet connection, and a private workspace.
