IT CRM - Physician Support

Full-Time / 80 hours per pay

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration of new medical staff and providers with Premier systems
• Serve as a liaison for providers regarding system access
• Develop training materials for supported technology and systems
• Support billing access for physicians and advance practice providers
• Implement and support access for external facilities
• Assist with new technology implementations and special projects
• Provide troubleshooting support and liaise with IT teams
• Offer round-the-clock support to ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage security and access proceses
• Support remote access for clinical system vendors
• Operate both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or Associate Degree with 6 years of experience preferred
• Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
• 5-7 years of related experience, specifically in technical support and training
• Strong understanding of technology to solve business issues
• Proven ability to work on strategic and tactical projects as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and execute assignments effectively
• Experience with Windows, MacOS, portable devices, and smartphones preferred
• Experience in supporting physician office environments is desirable
