Amulet is on a mission to find star players for the next generation of startups. We partner with early-stage founders who have the brains, guts, and gumption to make waves. Our client is a Series A backed insurtech startup, operating in stealth, that’s disrupting the 1T+ insurance brokerage industry. Founders are experienced founders who've been able to rapidly scale the business to profitability in year one. Now looking for killer individuals to join as a founding growth hire! This is an extremely unique opportunity to join the founding team of a startup and really build something with great people.

Who is this Opportunity for?

You are dynamic, hungry and looking to join a startup. As a founding growth hire you will be responsible for lead generation, conversion, and closing. You are comfortable taking ownership of strategy, sales execution and talking to C suite. You are a self starter with charm, charisma, and even a little something to prove.

About You:

  • You have either... 2 years of experience in management consulting
  • or 2+ years of experience in sales or growth at a fast-growing startup
  • or 2+ years of experience in venture capital or banking
  • Based in NYC
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university

  • Proven track record of driving sales and closing revenue
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation strategy for a fast growing B2B startup
  • Design, execute and measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end
  • Solve complex business problems and build sales and growth processes
  • Solve complex business problems and build process for go-to-market needs
  • Work directly with CEO and Co-founders to scale business verticals
  • Host dinners, networking events, and manage affiliates to help grow business and
  • revenue
  • Exude confidence and ambition
  • Learn pain points clients face to position With Coverage as the solution
  • Ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
