As the Asset Development Coordinator, your day will be filled with exciting and impactful activities. You'll start by designing and developing new asset-building programs tailored to meet the unique needs of the individuals and families we serve. Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in financial capabilities, you'll craft strategies to expand our program's reach and effectiveness.
Your afternoons might involve executing and overseeing our signature programs, such as the Dreams to Scholars 529 College Savings program and the Individual Development Accounts (IDA) program. You'll coordinate and facilitate financial education trainings, helping clients access affordable financial and credit-building products. Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness will be a constant priority, ensuring we continually enhance our impact.
Engaging with community organizations, financial institutions, and other stakeholders will be a key part of your role. You'll cultivate these partnerships to create new services and improve our program delivery. Representing our organization at community events and forums will keep you connected and informed.
