Job Title: Grants Accountant

Location: San Marcos

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Alternative Work Schedule available)

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Finance Director, responsible for preparing & coordinating the fiscal management/accounting activities, compliance auditing, and governmental tracking of all grants (Federal, State, County & Private Foundations) that are awarded to Truecare.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with (2) two years of experience in Grant Accounting. Or, (4) four years of professional accounting experience in GRANT ACCOUNTING.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret and apply advanced accounting knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (gaap).
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, Excel pivot tables and V lookups.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
