Required Skills and Experience:

Deep Understanding of EPIC:

Experience with EPIC Orders, ClinDoc, and Stork applications.

Certification in EPIC, especially in related modules.

Epic Grand Central Consultant:

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with Epic Grand Central and/or other Epic modules.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of healthcare workflows and processes.

Epic Billing Consultant:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management:

A strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, claims processing, and coding.

• Expertise in Epic Resolute:

In-depth knowledge of Epic's Resolute billing module, including its functionalities and workflows.

• Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

• Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to billing.

• Project Management Skills:

Ability to manage projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

• Certification:

Epic certifications, such as Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration, are often required.

EPIC Bridges Consultant:

Skills Required:

• Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in HL7, APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and document workflows.
