Job Title: Project Manager

NEED TO HAVE COMMERCIAL DRYWALL EXPERIENCE

Position Overview: The Project Manager will oversee drywall installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of drywall systems and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and manage drywall installation projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and adherence to quality standards.
* Technical Guidance: Provide expertise and support on drywall systems, materials, and installation techniques. Review and approve technical drawings and project specifications.
* Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules. Track project progress, manage expenses, and address any issues to keep the project on course.
* Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure all project requirements are met. Facilitate communication and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Implement corrective measures as necessary.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on drywall projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, particularly in drywall installation.
* Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to lead teams effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
