We are a leading commercial drywall subcontractor based in the Southeast - currently looking for a Drywall Estimator to join our team in Charleston, SC. Also looking for a Drywall Project Manager. Please send resume to ciera.mayes@cybercoders.com What You Will Be Doing
- Attending pre-bid walks
- Assembling bid files
- Proposing ideas that will create competitive advantages over the other bidders
- Identifying areas for cost reductions and value engineering
- Maintaining updated database of cost information (historical cost analysis of labor and equipment rates)
- Providing mentorship to estimating staff and interns
- Preparing high-level proposal schedules utilizing critical path scheduling software
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's Degree Construction Management (preferred)
- 3+ years estimating experience
- Experience with commercial drywall projects
- QuickBid or OST software proficiency preferred
- Experience with projects $100k+
- Excellent math & organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
