Job Description

Brooks Diesel Service is currently looking for Mobile Diesel Truck Mechanic to do work out of a service truck primarily. We work on 2 ton and larger trucks and trailers exclusively. One of the best-equipped independent repair shops. We have the right tools to do the jobs which makes the job easier for you. Come see us and take a tour of our facility to see for yourself. This position will be doing service truck work and work in shop when there is not any service truck work to do.

• Must be experienced in truck repair and diagnostics, prefer 3 or more years of experience with on-highway trucks/trailers. 
• Must be willing to learn and work both in-shop and out-of-service truck, with an emphasis on service truck operations. 
• Must be willing to run the service truck but will work in the shop between call-outs during the week as well.
• Must have tools and follow instructions well. 
• Must have attention to detail and be observant. 
• Must be able to stay productive as much as possible and work on whatever is needed in and around the shop. Clean and organize service truck between calls and ensure it is stocked and ready for the next call.

Job Details: 

• Weekly paycheck and a great group of guys to work with.
• Pay based on experience to be discussed in the interview. 
• 2 pay plan options either Weekly salary plus weekly productivity bonus schedule based on work completed, or commission basis paid via a percentage of labor billed with guaranteed minimum weekly.
