As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practice. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office staff, coordinating patient schedules, and ensuring exceptional patient service. We are seeking a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and a strong background in office management, preferably within the dental sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including staff management and scheduling
• Coordinate patient appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure a positive patient experience
• Handle billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions specific to dental services
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and dental regulations
• Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures tailored to a dental practice
• Assist with marketing and patient outreach initiatives
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for the office team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager in a dental practice
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, and HIPAA compliance
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or management are a plus
