**Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound calls from customers requiring roadside assistance and other related services.
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and French.
- Utilize computer applications to efficiently handle customer inquiries and service requests.
- Coordinate necessary services through relevant networks such as CAA, AAA, or client networks.
- Enter call information accurately into the computer system.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch centers across Canada and the U.S.
- Resolve basic customer care issues and escalate complex concerns to support specialists when required.
**Requirements:**
- Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in using mapping resources such as Google maps.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to communicate effectively to resolve customer concerns.
- Capability to make informed decisions to address customer issues promptly.
- Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer support.
**Qualifications:**
- No degree required.
- Must pass assessments and complete a virtual certification course specific to the client program.
- Certification courses may vary in duration, typically lasting from a few days to six weeks.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule based on availability.
