This role involves providing customer service to Florida high school and college students regarding scholarships and grants. The position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, and is temporary, lasting from May 23, 2025, to June 30, 2025. The representative will answer calls, address inquiries, and provide information related to Florida's scholarship and grant programs. Successful candidates must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from Florida high school and college students.
- Provide information about Florida scholarships and grants.
- Address student inquiries concerning scholarship and grant programs.
- Maintain composure when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Utilize computer systems to access and provide information.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a professional work environment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience working in customer support.
Special Considerations:
- Must pass a level 2 background check including fingerprinting for state and federal criminal records checks.
- This is a temporary contract position; benefits including PTO and paid holidays are not offered.

- Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
