The Role

Kitsch is looking for a talented and creative Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair care products and a proven ability to write compelling copy that resonates with our target audience. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing and executing copy for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and product launches. You will also collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to ensure that all written materials align with our brand strategy and visual content. Job responsibilities

• Develop and execute copy for marketing campaigns, product launches, website, email, and social media channels, with a specific focus on hair care products.
• Create engaging product descriptions that highlight benefits, features, and unique selling points.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure copy aligns with visual content and brand strategy.
• Conceptualize and execute copy for ads, including paid social, direct response, and video scripts.
• Assist in creating copy for packaging, ensuring it is clear, concise, and in line with brand messaging.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, ensuring all written materials reflect the brand’s tone and style guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on hair care trends and customer insights to create relevant, on-trend content that resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and customer service teams to ensure product copy and marketing materials meet all requirements.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within the beauty or hair care industry.
• Proven ability to write compelling, brand-aligned copy that drives engagement and conversion.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to create content that performs well in search.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a variety of tones and formats.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Passion for hair care and beauty products is a plus.
