Are you passionate about empowering brand owners and enhancing customer experiences? Join the Brand Experience (BX) Marketing team and make a lasting impact on the Amazon selling landscape! As a key member of our BX Marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the narrative and actions of brand owners building their presence in the Amazon store. Your creativity and project management will drive the development of compelling messaging and content that guides sellers in launching new products and crafting engaging, click-worthy content. This role also offers a unique chance to witness success stories firsthand, as you collaborate with brand owners to create high-visibility case studies showcasing the transformative impact of our programs.

The BX Marketing team is looking for an experienced Marketing Content Manager to lead our content strategy and serve as the primary content creator across our channels and platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, exceptional storyteller, and skilled writer with experience in content development and management, capable of driving compelling narratives through white papers, blogs, product updates, and campaign communications that align with our brand messaging and business objectives. In this role, you will own the end-to-end content development process, including hands-on writing and editing, while managing a diverse portfolio of projects and collaborating with stakeholders across product marketing, design, and industry experts to deliver high-impact content that resonates with our target audience - Amazon sellers and brand owners. You'll drive the content roadmap, establish best practices, and ensure consistent quality while overseeing relationships with creative vendors and agencies. Your analytical acumen will be crucial in measuring and reporting content performance, directly influencing our marketing strategies and contributing to the growth of brands within the Amazon ecosystem.

Key job responsibilities

- Write and edit high-quality content including user guides, scripts, blogs, product updates, and customer-facing marketing communications
- Drive end-to-end content development process, including project management, timeline coordination, and cross-functional team alignment
- Establish and implement content best practices, including guidelines for content reuse and maintenance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive content roadmap aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Lead collaboration with internal teams (design, product marketing, product managers) and external partners (industry experts and sellers) to create impactful content
- Plan and conduct partner interviews and interactions with sellers and brand owners
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party agency partnerships to ensure high quality deliverables
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Oversee budget planning, allocation, and optimization for content initiatives
- Build and maintain digital content library

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of experience in content writing or content management
- Demonstrated experience supporting B2B technology
- Portfolio of writing samples and marketing content
