Pay Scale: $63 - $101/hr

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, individualized, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize medication therapy outcomes
• Provide expert consultation on medication management, safety, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and hospital policies
• Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Oregon Pharmacist License (active upon hire)
• 1+ year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred
