Role Overview

The Chief People Officer will be a strategic partner to the CEO, President and leadership team, driving all aspects of people operations and culture. This leader will design and implement innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture aligned with our core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Collaborate with the executive team to align people strategies with business goals.
    • Serve as a cultural ambassador, embedding our mission and values into every aspect of the employee experience.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention
    • Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain diverse, high-performing talent.
    • Build scalable hiring processes to support rapid growth while maintaining a high bar for talent.
  • Organizational Development
    • Design and implement career development programs, leadership training, and succession planning.
    • Establish clear pathways for employee growth and performance management.
  • HR Operations and Compliance
    • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR technology to ensure efficiency and employee satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all operating regions.
  • Employee Engagement and Well-being
    • Design programs to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns with empathy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, ideally in a high-growth startup or technology environment.
  • Expertise in organizational development, talent management, and culture building.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to business objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Experience scaling HR operations and processes in a rapidly changing environment.
