If you are a Title Processor and would like to transition to a Legal Assistant role, this is the opportunity for you! One of my well-respected clients owns a title agency and a law firm. They are seeking a Title Processor to transition to the law firm. The legal assistant will assist office personnel, perform paralegal duties, and provide excellent customer service.

* 1 year minimum experience
* Title insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required
* Greet customers
* Work with Home Owners Associations
* Reviewing ledgers, researching property titles
* Basic computer knowledge is necessary
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Good work ethic
* High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
* Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills

The position requires related experience working in external relationship management
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
