Were continuously looking for detailoriented and thoughtful people in Indonesia to join our team. Youll be tasked with answering customer questions through phone calls and email and need to be able to think on your feet communicate clearly and effectively and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.

Beach City Sports is your goto intramural adult social sports league! Whether youre new to the area or looking to meet fresh faces you are bound to build friendships with your teammates on and off the field. We offer beach volleyball flag football corn hole kickball oneday tournaments and social events. Our social sports leagues are for everyone over 18 no experience required.

Tasks:

• Efficiently process incoming customer contacts through text phone and email.
• Diagnose and solve the customers problems.
• Communicate effectively via call email and chat with our customer.
• Strives for the one contact resolution goal and eliminates the need for followup.
• Go above and beyond to engage with customers.
• Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager.
• Contribute to a highperformance and friendly workplace culture.
• Listen to customers understand their needs and resolve customer issues
• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
• Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upgrade
• Explain and position the products and processes with customers
• Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
• Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling

What were looking for:

• 2 years of experience in the customer service industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shift (2 AM 11 AM WIB) every 2 months.
• Strong problemsolving skills.
• Team player.
• Continuous learner.
• Good knowledge of Gsuites (Google Docs Gmail Google meets Calendar and so on.
• Have your own device with a minimum of Intel Corei5 processor or equivalent.
