Biovia Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Biovia programs across global teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and Biovia product teams.
• Ensure successful program outcomes, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and compliance.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and program governance structures.
• Partner with internal business units (e.g., R&D, Quality, Manufacturing) to align digital strategies.
• Deliver executive-level updates and program health reports.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Program/Project Management with a strong focus on scientific or lab informatics solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience with Biovia solutions (Pipeline Pilot, Workbook, Notebook, or other scientific informatics platforms).
• Experience working at or with major consulting firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, or equivalent.
• Strong background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech domains.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage global, cross-functional teams.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (GxP, CFR Part 11).
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on capability to execute.
