The Role

Gorilla Grip is looking for an extremely passionate, goal-orientated Digital Marketing and Analytics Associate , to facilitate analysis and day to day execution of product optimization across our family of brands on the Amazon marketplace. In search of a creative and analytical individual who uses data to influence recommendations to drive effectiveness. As an innovative online branded consumer goods company, we are committed to bringing high-quality products to our customers to make everyday life easier – the right person for this role will ensure customers are seeing our products and converting from browsers to buyers.

The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities at once. Flexibility, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a constantly changing and highly ambiguous business environment will also be key.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with managing and optimizing product listings to maximize visibility, accuracy and conversion rates
• Monitor and analyze product metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Conduct keyword research and analysis for optimal listing rank and index
• Ensure all product tasks are complete and ready for launch and relaunch dates
• Evaluate and test product price elasticity to improve product health and capitalize on sales and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Advertising, Merchandise Planning, and Operations to grow product sales
• Research and monitor competitive landscape to ensure marketplace position is secure

Skills & Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the fundamentals of digital advertising
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related role
• Must be analytical in nature and detail oriented.
• Must love spreadsheets and be highly proficient in excel.
• Team player- can do, roll your sleeves up attitude. We are a small company and need someone who is willing to lend their support, regardless of level.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage through competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Amazon Marketplace environment is a plus, but not required.

This is a hybrid position and would require 2 days a week in person in our Westport office
