AECOM is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only hiring event in Tampa, Florida on September 26 and 27. If you're a current college Architecture student and you are graduating in December 2024 or May 2025, we'd love to hear from you!

We encourage creativity, support flexibility, value diversity and embrace the new and the ground-breaking. At AECOM, you’ll be exposed to more technical excellence and disciplines than anywhere else, working with visionary clients, partners, colleagues and mentors.

The event kicks off on Thursday evening with a networking mixer from 6-8 pm , where you can hear from AECOM staff about various projects, career paths, and the company itself. You’ll also have the chance to meet other students, recent graduates, and AECOM professionals from across our business lines.

On Friday, interviews will take place at our Tampa office . This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about and connect with AECOM for career opportunities starting immediately and in Spring/Summer 2025.

While many opportunities are based in the Tampa area, we are also seeking candidates interested in positions throughout AECOM locations across the United States. Please indicate your preferred locations during the application process.

We are seeking candidates for Buildings and Places : Design related to mechanical, architectural, interior, landscape, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be on track to graduate by June 2025 from a university / college pursuing a degree in Architecture. Related disciplines may be considered.
  • Experience with design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, and Amp Calculations.
