Adventure Experience Instructor Qualifications :  

 

• As an instructor is this role you will be delivering adrenaline packed world class experiences. As such, The nature of this role is physically demanding and laboring. This role will challenge your stamina, flexibility and upper body strength.
• Safety is the number one priority. You should have some experience and be comfortable enforcing rules or safety protocols in your work history.
• Candidates must be open to the possibility of relocations within their region. This includes an initial relocation for a 4-month Instructor training program, with the potential for an additional relocation afterward. To support these transitions, we offer relocation assistance of $7,500 per move, with a total assistance of up to $15,000. You're final location will be determined by the current staffing needs in the region.
• As an instructor, you are always on stage. Where are looking for people with charisma and are comfortable speaking publicly to small groups
• Instructors are the most memorable part of the experience but they can't do it alone. This role involves working closely with others, leading, and being able to work in a Team environment
