Position Title: Administrative Assistant & Office Manager

Location – Irvine, CA

Report to: Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Strategy

Compensation: 64K – 79K with annual bonus

Position Summary :

AVITA Medical is a growing global medical device company, looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant with office manager skills to join the team based in Irvine, CA (5151 California Ave, Suite 203). This role will report to the SVP, Global Marketing & Strategy, Debbie Garner, providing critical support across a wide range of administrative duties with potential career growth and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support : Communicating with senior leadership, managing calendars, coordinating conference calls, and arranging travel plans.
• Office Management : Performing office management functions, managing purchase orders, and coordinating corporate swag.
• Event Coordination : Assisting with meeting events and supporting the Event Project Coordinator.

Job Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Technical Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Concur.
• Soft Skills : Professional demeanor, proactive problem-solving skills, critical thinking, ability to handle sensitive information, high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
