Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts for approval.
• Perform 3-way match to ensure accuracy of payments.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor files and ensure relevant documentation is properly filed.
• Prepare and process payment requests and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in accounts payable processes and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $48,000 - $50,000 per year
